How to sign a PDF online?
- Upload your PDF: Click the Select PDF button in the left panel and choose the PDF file you want to sign from your device.
- Choose how to sign: Pick one of three options. You can draw your signature directly on screen using your mouse or trackpad, upload an image of your handwritten signature, or scan the QR code to sign on your phone using your finger.
- Place your signature: Once your signature appears on the page, drag it to the spot where it needs to go. You can also resize it by dragging the corners to make it fit perfectly.
- Sign multiple pages if needed: You can add more than one signature and place them on different pages of the same document.
- Download your signed PDF: When you are happy with the placement, click the Download PDF button to save the finished document to your device.
